Terms and Conditions

1) Please send your order to classicfashionhouse@gmail.com in the following format :
- Name
- Address
- Model no.
- Quantity
- Color and Size
- ALT if out-of-stock
- Mode of delivery (normal/registered)

2) Strictly no exchange of goods of any kind as goods will be inspected before they are being despatched.

3) No changes once order is confirmed by email. Payment has to be completed within 2 days from email confirmation.

4) Payment has to be received by bank transfer, before goods send out. Please sent an email to notify me of your payment. (date, ref. no., amount)

5) We recommend using registered mail for posting. Buyer can opt for normal post. Postage will be borne by buyer. Local postage starts from $1.00. For registered mail, please add another $2.25. Seller will not be responsible of any loss of mails, whatsoever, that may arise in the mailing process.

6) For pre-order apparels, goods will arrive approx.3-4 weeks after finalising orders with supplier.

7) Colors of apparels may differ from actual product due to computer resolution and lighting taken during photo shooting.

8) All dimensions of clothes are provided by suppliers.

9) As apparels are ordered from different suppliers, therefore there may or may not have tag. Apparels are made from different countries (HK, Korea, Shanghai, Taiwan).

10) All "Sales" and "Instock" items are not valid for promotions or discount of any kind as offered by seller every now and then. "Sales" items are not exchangable or refundable.

11) All prices subject to changes without prior notice.
